A couple of awesome things caught my eye last weekend at the St Johns Bizarre. We had gone over for the St. Johns Parade, a kooky spectacle in its own right, going on its 48th year celebrating vintage cars, high school marching bands, pirates, and rodeo princesses, among other things.

I saw these chairs last weekend at the St Johns Bizaar. Handmade in North Portland and super sturdy.
These prints by Jill Bliss are beautiful, and really reasonably priced, at $16-20.

And I really liked the colors of these pieces, painted directly on a wood panel, so no framing is needed.
