Eye Candy for Monday

One of the perks of my job is getting a first look at houses that are new to the market. While I can find something to love about all most of them, I have a deep soft spot for Modern architecture, especially the 60’s, with their low-slung, relaxed feel and spaces just perfect for swanky cocktail parties.

This beauty just popped up on the market, and I jumped at the chance to tour it.

I love this house. It was built in 1960 and is basically completely intact, not an easy thing to find.

Here are the official specs:

Price: $310,000

Size: 3766 ft/sq

Bedrooms: 3

Bathrooms: 2 1/2

Neighborhood: Parkrose

Listing Agent: Jeanne Lisak, RE/MAX Equity Group

Here’s a full view.

If this is the house for you - let’s talk! I’d love to match this house up with it’s perfect new owner. Get in touch with me here, or shimmy on over to my website to learn a little more about working with me.
